Ankobrah Beach Resort - Axim Getaways Part 1
Super brief because this review was completely unplanned, but definitely worth the detour. Ankobrah Beach Resort is a resort on the shores of Axim, about 2 hours away from the Takoradi airport
They’re open for day trips as well, not just overnight stays and they arrange a lot of tours to places like Little and Great Ankobra rivers, Fort Apollonia Museum and the Nzulezu Style Village (the village on the river) and workshops for those interested in trying new things like archery and surfing.
Ahanta Eco Lodge
On the move again - Destination Busua!
Ahanta Eco-Lodge is an eco-friendly resort in the Busua in the Western Region of Ghana. The main selling point here is “eco friendly”, which is the term used for anything designed to do the least possible damage to the environment, so almost everything is natural and environmentally friendly. In addition to being a resort, it is also a professional surf school and camp with daily surf lessons on beginner & intermediate levels.
Glamping in The Great Outdoors | Shai Hills Resource Reserve
Glamping: Where stunning nature meets modern luxury. a way to experience nature without having to sacrifice creature comforts.
Also: Camping, without the struggle.
I’m the least outdoors-y person I know - I hate bugs, uncut grass, animals , and all related physical activity (The only place outside I love wholeheartedly is the beach).
It’s almost my birthday, and in the spirit of trying new things in my new age, I decided to start my celebrations glamping in “the great outdoors”.
