Santoku Tasting!

A tasting menu is a “collection of several dishes in small portions served by a restaurant as a single meal”.

A perfect package for first-timers who are unsure what to get when trying a new cuisine.

Santoku in Villagio has a really neat tasting menu for ¢390. It’s a 14-course menu with a little bit of everything. Each portion is really small, but all together, you’ll end up really full (I did anyway).

It’s available for both lunch and dinner, during their opening times (12:00pm to 3:00 for lunch, and 6:00pm-10:30pm).

The Menu

  • Mixed Senbei

  • Salmon Carpaccio

  • Tuna Tataki

  • Sashimi Salad

  • Prawn Tempura

  • Amberjack Sushi

  • Prawn Nigiri

  • Octopus Nigiri

  • Squid Nigiri

  • Salmon Nigiri

  • Salmon and Unagi

  • Salmon Toro with Truffle OiL

  • Tuna and Fois Gras with Caramelized Fruit

  • Tenderloin Steak with Pirakare Sauce
